Agile On Track collects the following data:

–      Personal identification information (username, password, first name, last name, phone number and role)

–      Team information (name, country, start data and time zone)

–      Result information after completing a survey (answer for questions/statements)

–      Calendar information (event date, event notification date and event type)

● How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Agile On Track with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

–      Register online.

–      Voluntarily complete an Agile On Track survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

–      Ask us by our contact information.

● Why do we use your data?

Agile On Track collects your data from the following categories with the mentioned purposes:

● Personal identification information.

 Purpose of storing username and password:

–       To be able to enter the application, have a look at statistics and perform role-based operations.

–       Only Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Agile organisation administrator can have username and password.

–       Password is stored with modern encryption.

 Purpose of storing first name and last name:

–       To make the survey layout more personalized for members

–       To make the member table more understandable for team administrators and trainers.

 Purpose of storing phone number:

–      To be able to send the SMS notification.

 Purpose of storing role:

–       To identify access for role-based operations

–       User redirection after certain operations

–       Team information.

 Purpose of storing name:

–       To create a more customized layout after entering the application

–       Purpose of storing country:

–       To create a more customized layout after entering the application

–       To customize the SMS language

 Purpose of storing season start and end data:

–       To customize the appropriate field of statistics

 Purpose of storing time zone:

–       To help date-related process (SMS sending, statistics)

–       Result information after completing a survey.

 Purpose of storing answer for questions/statements:

–       To be able to create the statistics.

–       Calendar information (event date, event notification date and event type).

 Purpose of storing event date:

–       To be able to send the survey with the date of when the event happens.

–       To be able to send the survey at the right time.

 Purpose of storing event type:

–       To be able to send the survey with the right questions/statements.

–      Process your order and manage your account.

–      Support you with statistics for the members in your Agile organisation.

–      Send out notifications when to answer surveys.

Agile On Track will NOT share your data with companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

● How do we store your data?

Agile On Track securely stores your data in a database until a valid request (coming from the appropriate team’s administrator) arrives to delete those.

● What are your data protection rights?

Agile On Track would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Agile On Track for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You has the right to request that Agile On Track correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Agile On Track to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Agile On Track erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Agile On Track restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Agile On Track’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Agile On Track transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

● Local storage

Local storage allows to save key/value pairs in the browser. The data survives not only a page refresh but also a full browser restart.

● Why do we use local storage?

Agile On Track uses local storage for different purposes, including:

–      Applying internationalization – keeping track of the used language

–      Keeping track of the signed-in session and related information (role, team ID and authorization token)
